Guide to making your reservation
 
Booking via internet :
By inputting your requirements on our home page, we are able to list the models and different classes of cars we can provide at your selected location. After choosing your preferred car, on the following pages you fill in our reservation form that includes your personal details, car delivery requirements and any other requests you may have. We then direct you to the PAYPAL account where you can pay your deposit payment. Then within 24hours we contact you by your email address that you submit on the reserveration you have made. Once we receive your car hire booking form we will send you a reply confirming your booking and include all the information that you will need to know.
 
Payment :
After finishing your deposit payment at this secure site, we will display your “reservation voucher” and this form must be produced at the time of pick up the vehicle. Rest of your payment can be done when you pick up the vehicle by CREDIT / DEBIT card, In Euro - USD - GBP - TURKISH LIRA or Cash whichever is preffered. American Express card is not acceptable for this payment.
 
Canceling or modifying your reservation :
Our web site does not currently offer a reservation cancellation or modification facility, but if you would like to cancel or amend your booking all you have to do is send us your change request quoting your booking reference number which you will find on the booking confirmation reply we have sent you. We will send you by return e mail confirmation that your change request has been received and processed.
E.G Flight change, Change of pick-up location, or complete cancellation of booking.
When requesting the cancellation of the reservation the deposit is non-refundable.
 
Safety of your information :
When you register to use kusadasi-car-hire.com, you will be asked to create a password. It is your responsibility to choose a secure password. You must keep this password confidential and must not disclose it to or share it with anyone. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE for all activities that occur under your password. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password you should notify us immediately. The supplier will not be responsible for any abuse of passwords. To insure our customers that any information you provide us with e.g email address, telephone numbers, we do not give to any other companies we may deal with.
 
Insurance Policy :
Third party liability insurance: covers the damage of the other vehicle at the scene of the accident.
General insurance: covers certain damages which have been made to the vehicle and does not include e.g tyre punchers, windscreen damages, underbody vechile damages or car key mobliser damage. In any event of accident \ damages we ask our customers to contact us first by our telephone number so we can inform you of the documents you may need.
For you to use any of the above insurance we ask you not to take alcohol and always have your driving lience with you as the insurance does not cover any of the damages.
To cover tyre punchers and windscreen damages you can purchase a insurance for these damages for a small amount of money depending on your rental period.
 
Deposit :
We may ask a credit card details for non-insurance damages and traffic fines, which may or may not occur when in use of the vehicle. This deposit is non-refundable.

Fuel Policy :
When you collect the car we ask you to check the fuel gage if the fuel is full , we expect the fuel to be full when the car is returned back to us. If the fuel is empty on arrival and there is still some fuel when returning the car back to us, we do not give any refund as we ask the car to be returned the way you recieved it.
 
Extras Payable :
On the reservation page you can choose any of these extras payable items,

These are payable locally when pick-up the vehicle.
 
Driver`s license and age limits :
Minimum age requirement is 21 with at least one years valid driving license.
 
Delivery and Collecting the vehicle :
On the home page you are requested the pick up location and then we list you avaible cars at that location, if the cars are not listed please contact us by email or telephone. The car will be avaible to pick up 24hours a day, if the pick up location is airport and the flight is delayed please inform us in advance and we will have the car waiting for your arrival. If you may request the car to be delivered to hotel or home address we can deliver 24hours a day for no additional charges.
 
One way rental :
With our customized one way car hire service you can pick up your car from point A and drop off at point B. There will be an extra price for this service and it will be displayed when you list the cars, if your location for pick up or drop off is not listed on our system please do not hesitate to contact us.
 
Minimum and Maxium rental periods :
Minimum rental period is one day 24hours. If the return time is any longer than 3hours there will be a day extra charge. For different seasons and different rental periods we have categorized prices so you get the correct price for the correct season.
 
Documents Required :
When picking up the vehicle you will need the following documents;
- Booking voucher
- Driving license of main driver
- Also any additional drivers
- Credit card information for deposit
 
Breakdown services :
We are based in Kusadasi and have delivery service at different points in Turkey e.g Bodrum Airport and Izmir Airport. If the car breaks down we will ask you to call us from our 24hr telephone numbers. Depending on the distance to the nearest service station it may take time for the technical technition to come an help you. Depending on the problem we may decide to change the car or wait for the car to be repaired. When the car is repaired we ask you to pay for the repair and we refund you at the end of your rental. If the problem is by the customer and not the car then customer is fully responsable for the repair charges.
